ALLEN ISD STEAM CENTER
This $1.4 million project featured 80,000 SF of 4-ply built-up asphalt roofing, 30,000 SF of tapered standing seam metal roof panels, and 30,000 SF of custom architectural wall panels.
KAUFMAN HIGH SCHOOL
This $1.6 million project comprised of 130,000 SF of TPO membrane roofing and 45,000 SF of tapered and curved standing seam metal roof panels.
PEACH ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
This $1.56 million project consisted of 88,000 SF of 4-ply built-up asphalt roofing and 25,000 SF of aluminum composite wall panels.
THE EPIC WATERPARK & RECREATION CENTER
This $1.26 million project consisted of 110,000 SF of fully adhered TPO membrane on full tapered curbed roof slopes.
SAM HOUSTON HIGH SCHOOL
This $2.27 million project consisted of 160,000 SF of 4-ply built -up asphalt roofing and 95,000 SF of metal wall panels.
BASS PRO SHOPS
This project included an 80,000 SF roof replacement of shingle roofing completed safely during business operations.
GOLDEN TRIANGLE MALL
This $2 million project consisted of 300,000 SF roof replacement of a modified bitumen roof system over an active shopping mall.
OUR REDEEMER LUTHERAN CHURCH
This $750,000 project involved the replacement of 110,000 SF of 80 mil TPO roofing and 45,000 SF of curved and tapered standing seam metal roof panels. This project earned the 2013 NTRCA Golden Hammer Award for the most outstanding commercial roofing project in North Texas.
LADY BIRD JOHNSON MIDDLE SCHOOL
This $1.4 million project was the first net zero school project in Texas featured Metal Architecture magazine. The project included 140,000 SF of TPO roofing and 55,000 SF of architectural wall panels.
LIBBY MAUS MIDDLE SCHOOL
This $1.26 million project 140,000 SF of modified bitumen roofing and 90,000 SF of standing seam metal roof panels.
TOM THUMB
This $850,000 project involved the complete replacement of a built-up asphalt roof with pea gravel, all while the business remained operational. The new 120,000 SF roof features 6 inches of insulation and a fully adhered TPO roofing system.
MCKINNEY HIGH SCHOOL
This $2.8 million dollar project was completed in two phases, including the most recent addition of 400,000 SF of modified bitumen roofing.
FRISCO ISD CAREER & TECHNOLOGY CENTER
This $1.45 million project included 120,000 SF of modified bitumen roofing, as well as 45,000 SF of standing seam metal roof panels.
WESTLAKE FIRE STATION
This $650,000 project consisted of 50,000 SF of a two piece clay tile roof system and a 5000 SF fully tapered TPO roof system.
